Metal Buffers for Crane Travelling - Reliable Safety Components
ICP K series metal buffers are specially developed for harsh working environments. Metal buffers are applied to lifting and travelling systems on bridge cranes. The function of the buffer is to absorb kinetic energy and, in case of a limit switch failure, to suppress the impact of the bridge or the trolley against the stoppers at the end of the rails.
K series metal buffers are available in a range of models. According to the energy that they are able to absorb and depending on the stroke strengths, different buffers are available to suit the differences of weight, speed and movement of cranes or moving machinery.
